1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Vixito Bot, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Vixito Bot for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in Vixito Bot
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Prohibited Actions

When using Vixito Bot, you agree NOT to:

• Spam: Send unsolicited messages or abuse bot commands
• Fraud: Attempt to bypass payment systems or use invalid payment methods
• Impersonation: Pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your identity
• Harassment: Use the bot to harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Illegal Content: Share or promote illegal activities through the bot
• System Abuse: Attempt to overload, hack, or disrupt our services

4. User Responsibilities

• Ensure your Discord server complies with Discord's Terms of Service
• Maintain appropriate permissions for bot functionality
• Report any bugs or security issues responsibly
• Keep your subscription information current and accurate

5. Company Responsibilities

• Provide bot services as described in your subscription plan
• Maintain reasonable uptime and service availability
• Protect your data according to our Privacy Policy
• Provide customer support during business hours

6. Payment Terms & Conditions

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• All payments are processed securely through Paddle or Airtm
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled
• Late payment may result in service suspension
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

7. Intellectual Property

Vixito Bot and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vixis Studio and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Discord Information

When you use Vixito Bot, we may collect:

• Discord user ID and username
• Guild (server) information where the bot is installed
• Channel information where commands are executed
• Message content only when directly interacting with the bot

1.2 Subscription Information

• Email address for billing and communication
• Payment information (processed securely by Paddle/Airtm)
• Subscription plan and billing history

1.3 Usage Analytics

• Command usage statistics
• Bot performance metrics
• Error logs for debugging purposes
• Server activity patterns (anonymized)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain Vixito Bot services
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Improve bot functionality and user experience
• Provide customer support
• Send important service updates and notifications
• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in these circumstances:

3.1 Service Providers

• Paddle: Payment processing (they have their own privacy policy)
• Discord: Required for bot functionality within Discord's ecosystem
• Hosting Services: Secure cloud infrastructure providers

3.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law or to:

• Comply with legal processes
• Protect our rights and property
• Prevent fraud or security issues

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information:

• Limited employee access on a need-to-know basis

5. Data Retention

• Active Subscriptions: Data retained for service provision
• Cancelled Subscriptions: Basic data retained for 1 year for billing/support purposes
• Usage Logs: Automatically purged after 90 days
• Bot Removal: Server-specific data deleted within 30 days

Code of Conduct & Rules

1. General Behavior Standards

All users of Vixito Bot are expected to:

• Treat other community members with respect and kindness
• Follow Discord's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service
• Use appropriate language and avoid offensive content
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Report violations or security issues responsibly

2. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited when using Vixito Bot:

• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Adult content, sexually explicit material, or NSFW content
• Violence, threats, or promotion of harm
• Illegal activities or content
• Spam, scams, or fraudulent schemes
• Malware, phishing, or security threats
• Doxxing or sharing personal information without consent

3. Bot Usage Guidelines

• Use commands responsibly and avoid spam
• Respect rate limits and cooldowns
• Do not attempt to exploit or abuse bot functionality
• Report bugs through proper channels
• Follow server-specific rules where the bot is used

4. Consequences for Violations

Violations of this code of conduct may result in:

• Warning and requirement to modify behavior
• Temporary suspension of bot access
• Permanent ban from using Vixito Bot
• Legal action in cases of serious violations

Limitation of Liability & Legal Terms

1. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vixis Studio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

2. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Colombia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any legal disputes will be resolved in Colombian courts.

3. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for service interruptions, maintenance downtime, or third-party service failures (Discord, payment processors, etc.).

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

5. International Users

Vixito Bot is available internationally, but some features may vary by region due to local laws or technical limitations. Users are responsible for compliance with their local laws and regulations.

6. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
